Kerala Buds School for Arts & Sports
BUDS (Backwardness – Unemployment – Destitution – Specially Abled) Schools are free special schools established for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, especially from economically weaker sections of society.
BUDS Schools are owned and managed by Local Self Government Institutions (LSGs) and function under the guidance and support of Kudumbashree Mission, Government of Kerala.
Currently, 62 BUDS Schools are functioning across Kerala, providing quality education, care, and rehabilitation services to children with special needs in a safe and nurturing environment.
These schools operate strictly according to the guidelines issued by the Government of Kerala.
